You either like what you’ve seen so far, or you’re impatient and skipped to this link. Either way, we’re glad you found your way here, and hope you find everything you need to know. If this doesn’t do the trick, drop us a line and we’ll be sure to get back to you as quickly as gas prices rise in summer months. (Does that thought convince you to hop back on the old bike?)

Q: Wait...why should I do this?

A: We Walk the Talkers believe that being healthy doesn't have to be lame. By teaming up with friends and colleagues to learn more about healthy living, you'll have fun and get smart about wellness. We have a big dose of humor infused into everything we do and believe that by not taking anything too seriously - and by having fun promoting a healthy lifestyle - we can provide a rewarding, worthwhile experience for everyone.

Q: Is this going to be a big timesuck? Getting healthy is great and all, but I have a life.

A: I Want to Walk the Talk sucks as much as you want it to! We've got events planned each day for all five weeks of the program, and how frequently you participate is completely up to you. There's no pressure to join us and no penalty if you don't; one of our main goals is to provide a fun experience for our members, so we promise this won't feel like work.

Q: What's this going to cost me?

A: Check our "make payment" link over on the right side of the page to learn more about registration and program fees.

Q: So, what’s the long-term growth for this program?

A: Well, this is one of our most exciting challenges to which those in I Want to Walk the Talk are dedicated! 10SW, the nonprofit planning and promoting I Want to Walk the Talk is a tax-exempt, 501c3 organization. We are looking to expand in both private and public sectors to build community initiatives, but are open to further growth (i.e., community round tables; activities to foster education on how to lead and maintain healthy lifestyles at work, at school and at play).

Q: What’s the deal with the name 10SW?

A: 10SW is our slang name for an address of a coffee shop where we often spent time talking through I Want to Walk the Talk logistics.

Q: Hey, this program you’ve put together looks pretty nifty. Is 10SW willing to roll out similar programs to other communities?

A: Please email Bria Day to learn more.
