We know all know about the body-mind connection - I Want to Walk the Talk seeks to provide programs that cater to that link by feeding our emotional, physical, mental, social and spiritual needs.
Further, we all know what it’s like to feel “out of whack” – spending too much time at work and not enough time with family, or sitting on the couch every night instead of hitting the gym. When you don’t have balance, you just feel a little…off. We want to promote a healthy balance, making sure you spend enough time cultivating your health, your relationships and your career.
