At I Want to Walk the Talk, we're not very fond of exclusivity, but as a special treat for our Chicago media neighbors, we're hosting an event where we can get to know each other. 
For those of you who are curious to see what's happening, below is the agenda:

• 5:30 – 6:00 pm: Welcome and introduction of I Want to Walk the Talk, founders, partners and beneficiaries.
• 6:00 – 6:15 pm: Goal-setting exercises by certified life coach, Jackie Payne.
• 6:30 – 6:45 pm: Sample Yoga instruction by Katherine Alfredo.
• 7:00 – 7:30 pm: Cooking demonstration and nutrition assessment by Chef Jill Houk.
